In this project 2, we were asked to produce a report including the analysis of site and 5 drawings of the site.The drawing must include 2 section, 2 plan and 1 elevation..We were given 3 weeks to complete this project and we had submitted this assignment yesterday.

The site given for this assignment is the 3K sports complex.The infos that must be include in the report are the environment, building construction, building services,layout plan and also referencing in APA format.We should also include the related UBBL law in the report.

We were divided into 4 members in a group.My group member is Chai Shu Ling(Olivia),Tan Min Wei and Chiang Shu Ling.(Mishu). In this assignment,my group leader Olivia had assigned me the task to type the report.I am in charged of typing the column and beam,door and window,electrical system and the lighting system of the cafeteria of the 3k sport complex.

At first, i had faced some problems on typing the report.Because i have no detail understanding and research about the site given.So i decided to go to the site for the 2nd time to take picture and study about the site to ease the process of typing the report.

Through this assignment, I had learnt that we must really get involved ourself in the research and study of the project.We cant just rely on other group members to provide us the info.So that we can really learn.Although its tiring to go to the site to take picture,identify the topic that i have to study about and counting the subject that i have to include in my report,but im really glad that my lecturer had given me this opportunity to learn.

Not only that, im really appreciate of the cooperation and help that given by my groupmates and also the tolerance of my group leader.She is really a very responsible leader for me. Im also really thank you about the hard works given by my groupmates.

Detailing and Working Drawings-Task 5(Singapore Trip)

Due to this task,we were asked to observed and sketch out 3 different joints which is welded,bolt and nuts and riveted.We need to find out this 3 types of joints during our singapore trip.Either its on the furniture,exterior or in the interior.We were asked to take the picture of the joints as the proof also.But unfortunately ,i cant found the riveted joint.I had observed and sketch out the spider web joint as the replacement of the riveted joint.

Detailing & Working Drawings :Task 4(Assignment 1)

For this particular task,we were required to form a group of four.We were asked to search an assembly drawing of a furniture.The assembly drawing that we found were for us to reproduce a detail drawing of the furniture.The drawings must include top view,elevation,section and the blow up details.Each drawing must contain the specifications and the measurements.After the submission of this task,Ms Norji,our lecturer realize that we had made many mistakes in the drawing.So she want us to comment about the mistake of the drawing of  our friend's group.We were asked to redraw the drawings by following the comments given by group 7 in our sketchbook.So that we will remember and wont repeat the the mistakes that we made in our next drawings.
