For this third task,we were asked to observe,study and sketch out the furniture.Not only that,we will also have to do the specifications of the furniture that we choose.We were required to study 3 types of furniture with different materials.So I had decided to go for a visit to the IKEA that located near my house.I did observed a few interesting furniture.At last, I had picked a chair,table and a storage cabinet to make detail and further observation.Due to this task,I had learnt and explore the types of material of the furniture and how the parts of furniture being assembly together.

Detailing and Working Drawings TASK 2:Detailed Specification

 During the class,my lecturer,Ms Norji and Ms Xin Ai had taught us how to write out the specifications for the furniture.We had to learn how to write specifications so that we can provide clear information of the furniture that we gonna use or produce for our clients,manufacturer and also the contractor. The specification writing must include the size of the furniture and also the materials of the furniture.

Detailing & Working Drawings Sem3 Task 1

 TASK 1:COVER PAGE DESIGN AND OBSERVATION OF DRAFT TABLE  
During the class,we were given a task to design our own cover page and also sketch out the drafting table.We were required to use pen or pencil to sketch but ruler are not allowed.We had to observe the details and the structure of the drafting table before we produce our sketch.
